Enterprise Risk Management Graphic

Accounting and finance professionals are often responsible for considering and offsetting risk while maintaining organizational performance goals. In our increasingly complex environment, it is critical that CPAs understand and embrace risk management as a key discipline. By establishing an enterprise risk management framework or improving on an existing one, organizations can increase value, make better informed business decisions, and achieve a competitive advantage.

This highly interactive and hands-on three (3) day certificate program will include instructor led discussions, group discussions, case studies, and real-world examples all supported by a current and comprehensive resource materials package. The concepts and practices that you will learn can be applied to all sectors, organizations and industries. Note that there will be specific exercises that focus on COVID-19 through a risk lens.
