The three-part Strategic Success Foundations II Certificate builds on the Strategic Success Foundations I Certificate and addresses the skills needed to cultivate the mindset, adaptability, and communication skills for effective influence and strategic leadership.

Being future ready requires the ability to adapt, to pivot, and to provide insights and foresight, while remaining grounded in sound business, ethical, and strategic principles and practices.

To qualify for the Strategic Success Foundations II Certificate, participants must complete all three modules in any order.

Magnetic messaging	Are you ready to create messages in a person-centred way, in a way that keeps your audience interested and engaged? Learn to tell the story of strategy to inform, interpret, and influence with greater ease and effectiveness. Explore and apply frameworks that support strategic thinking and analysis.

Instructor

Janice Kobelsky FCPA, FCMA

Janice is a Chartered Professional Accountant with Fellowship and has more than 30 years of strategic leadership development, planning, and facilitation expertise. She founded Millennial Minds Inc. in 2007 to energize organizational and human potential for breakthrough success. She encourages clients to live and lead on purpose and generate inspired accountability.

Janice developed and offers business seminars at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Continuing and corporate training programs in addition to her work with CPA Alberta. She also continues to develop and author online programs and blog through her Think Anew! Leadership and Personal Development Resource Centre.
