Career Development Mentorship

Bring your whole self to your work

Professionals with signs that say mentee and mentor and text: Career Development Mentorship Program

The Career Development Mentorship Program is designed for CPAs to bring their full selves to mentorship, to learn how to bring their whole selves to work.

The program matches a CPA mentor to a CPA mentee for a six-month relationship starting in September 2023.

It allows mentees to connect with mentors who have diverse experience and knowledge in the workplace and community. The program gives mentors an opportunity to learn from the experiences and insights of their mentees and enhance their skills in leadership and communication.

Please note: If you are a CPA Candidate looking for a mentor as part of your practical experience requirements, please visit Practical Experience.

There’s nothing quite like hearing someone who has a similar background or life story as you say: I did this and you’re going to be able to do it too.
