About Us

The CPA Education Foundation is the charitable arm of the CPA profession in Alberta.

The Foundation works with post-secondary and external stakeholders to strengthen the future of the accounting profession in Alberta through partnerships, support for business education and students, and the incubation of innovative ideas.

For more than four decades, the Foundation has supported students looking to become the next business leaders and ensuring that quality accounting education is available in Alberta. 

Through the generosity of donors and Alberta CPAs, the Foundation shapes accounting education for a thriving CPA profession by:

  • Supporting the incubation of innovative ideas; 
  • Engaging in impactful partnerships; 
  • Providing funding for learners and educators; and 
  • Creating connections between past, present, and future CPAs.
