Effective June 1, 2021, Professional Corporation Articles of Amendment must be accompanied by a Professional Corporation Amendment Application form (which will be available starting June 1, 2021) along with applicable fees. Please ensure that all Articles of Amendment submitted after June 1, 2021 are accompanied by the appropriate application form and applicable fees.
A professional corporation may choose to amend its Articles of Incorporation at any time. To do so, please complete the Professional Corporation Amendment Application form and submit to CPA Alberta along with the appropriate fees. Please submit the amended articles to CPA Alberta for endorsement prior to submitting to Corporate Registry (Service Alberta). When amending your articles, please ensure that the updated CPA Schedules are included.
PLEASE NOTE: the Articles of Amendment must be accompanied by the Professional Corporation Amendment Application and applicable fees.
The Certificate of Amendment and Registration of Restated Articles along with Registration Statement including Schedules must be returned to CPA Alberta once the amendment has been completed with Corporate Registry (Service Alberta).

A professional corporation may choose to amend its Statement of Particulars at any time. To do so, please complete the Professional Corporation Amendment Application form and submit to CPA Alberta along with the appropriate fees. When amending your statement of particulars, please ensure that the updated CPA Schedules are included in the amendment process.
