Phil the General Counsel and Ethics Officer for the Alberta Auditor General. He is an FCPA and King’s Counsel and regularly presents on ethics and laws relevant to the audit profession.
He is responsible for conducting ethics-related investigations under whistleblower legislation and has tribunal experience, bringing practical and adjudicative perspectives to members.
Outside of work, he is learning to pilot a small aircraft and, in the summer, attempting to outfish his wife, pursuits that remain, by his account, elusive.
