The 2026 CPA Alberta Annual General Meeting was held virtually on September 9, 2026.
The AGM included the results of the annual vote for members of the CPA Alberta Board. This year, it was announced that Rick Mussenden CPA, CA was re-elected to the board for a second term and Nastashia Timoruski CPA, CA was newly elected to a three-year term.
Thanks go to the seven Alberta CPAs who stood for election to the Board and to all of those who made their voice heard by voting.
The AGM also included the Chair's Report, which included an update on the profession nationally; the CEO Update centred on membership demographics, high-level results of the bi-annual member survey, the profession’s new education program and the future of the profession in an AI world; as well as an overview of the CPA Alberta's financial and risk picture.
We invite you to dive deeper into the organization’s work by viewing the 2025/2026 Annual Report.
If you were unable to attend the AGM live, a recording of the full AGM is available for viewing.
