Before joining Concord Consulting, Candace held senior leadership positions with internationally recognized hospitality brands, including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Delta Hotels. She led large operational teams where financial performance, employee engagement, customer experience, and leadership capability were equally critical measures of success. This experience provided firsthand insight into the realities leaders face when balancing operational performance with developing people, building culture, and delivering business results.
Candace believes lasting organizational improvement begins with understanding rather than assumption. Every organization has its own culture, leadership dynamics, and unique challenges. Sustainable change comes from first understanding those conditions before determining the path forward.
