The state of men’s health in Canada is concerning. Rates of stress, depression, and loneliness continue to rise—particularly among working age men, who are less likely to seek support until challenges become serious.

Accounting professionals face a unique set of physical and mental health pressures: long hours during tax season and reporting cycles, prolonged sedentary work, high cognitive demand, financial responsibility, and often a culture that rewards endurance over recovery. These conditions can quietly contribute to chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, poor sleep, weight gain, cardiovascular risk, and social isolation—issues already on the rise among Canadian men.

In this webinar with the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation, you will learn how consistent daily habits—like purposeful movement, quality sleep, regular checkups, reduced alcohol use, and meaningful connection—drive stronger health and performance.

You will also explore how to treat mental fitness as a proactive, measurable practice. The session will highlight practical, real world strategies, including walking meetings, weekly strength training, setting digital boundaries, brief mindfulness techniques, and fostering peer conversations that support long term well being and resilience.

Healthy men are sharper decision-makers, better leaders, and more resilient professionals.
