Join the Edmonton Chapter of CPAs as a comprehensive review of Insolvency Management in corporate setting presented by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. LIT.

About the event

PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. LIT will conduct a comprehensive review of insolvency management in a corporate setting. The examination will start by identifying early warning signs of potential insolvency and recommending proactive measures, considering lenders' perspectives and the importance of transparent communication. Following this, PwC will delve into the fundamentals of both informal insolvency processes, such as forbearance agreements, business reviews or looksee's, and cash flow monitoring, as well as formal insolvency enforcement actions like receiverships, bankruptcies, CCAA proceedings, and Division I proposals. Throughout this analysis, they will incorporate recent filings as case studies to provide practical insights and examples.
