Javier Vinsome is an experienced Career & Diversity Advisor and is currently the Project Manager at CRIEC (Calgary Regional Immigrant Employment Council) for the Internationally Trained Accounting Professionals Pathway to Employment program (ITAP-P2E). With over a decade of expertise in career development, Javier specializes in empowering internationally educated professionals, particularly CPAs and accountants, to achieve their career goals.
He is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) and holds advanced certifications in career advising and resume development. Javier has a proven track record of managing mentorship programs, facilitating career workshops, and providing targeted career services to support professionals in navigating the Canadian job market.
