Dates: Monday, November 24  | Tuesday, December 2
Time: 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
CPD: Up to 4 ethics hours

Today’s business environment is increasingly complex, and so are the ethics-related challenges professionals face. With four generations now working side by side, decision-making is further shaped by differing values, communication styles, and expectations.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore how to harness the values and strengths of each generation to foster a strong ethics-based culture and improve decision-making across teams. You'll leave with practical tools to lead with integrity while building alignment across generational lines.
Skills you’ll develop
    - Understand the difference between generational stereotypes and actual values.

    - Interpret the profession’s Fundamental Principles in terms of generational values that support alignment.

    - Develop strategies to harness intergenerational collaboration to strengthen ethical culture and decision-making.
