Your success on the CFE demonstrates you have the knowledge, skills, and commitment necessary to build a fulfilling and successful career. Those traits, along with your CPA designation, will open many doors and are sure to bring some incredible opportunities your way. While it is impossible to predict where the future will take you, I’m sure it will be a rewarding and fulfilling journey—one that has its start in the good news you have just received.
I look forward to seeing the contributions you and your fellow successful writers make to the profession and the community in the future. Celebrating your achievement
CPA Alberta has two opportunities to recognize and celebrate the achievements of this year’s successful CFE writers. These events will commemorate successful writers of both the May and September 2023 CFE writings.
CPA Alberta Convocations
CPA Alberta Convocation events consist of two distinct activities: the Convocation Ceremony and the Convocation Dinner & Dance. These events are planned for early in 2024 and will be held in both Calgary and Edmonton. More details and information on registering for Convocation will be provided closer to the Convocation dates.

CPA Alberta CFE Celebrations
CPA Alberta will be holding in-person informal and festive events in late 2023 to celebrate the successful writers of the May and September 2023 CFEs and allow them to network. The events are free for successful writers, while colleagues, friends, and other supporters are welcome to celebrate with successful writers for a small fee–food and beverage will be included!
