If so, you’re invited to CPA Alberta’s Post-Secondary Club Sponsorship Program!
Students will have the opportunity to pitch their club’s sponsorship package to CPA Alberta to receive funding to support club activities.
What is CPA Alberta looking for in a club sponsorship package? Most importantly, activities should align with the CPA Alberta vision and mission. They will be evaluated on the criteria outlined below.
Evaluation Criteria
- Strategic Relevance: the intended audience of the activity should be post-secondary students on Alberta campuses.
- CPA Designation Awareness: ability for the benefits of a CPA designation to be demonstrated to event or activity participants.
- Relevant Current Issues: events that focus on issues of current relevance to students and CPA Alberta will be given priority. This includes: student mental wellness; diversity, equity, and inclusion; dealing with disruption; and understanding future trends and the likely impacts on businesses and the CPA profession.
Submission Guidelines
This year, clubs wishing to apply for funding are expected to participate in Post-Secondary Club Sponsorship Program. Sponsorship proposals will be due in late July and pitching will take place in mid-August. Please check back for details to learn how to submit.
