Emotional intelligence (EI) is the set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information.

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®) model of emotional intelligence provides an overall snapshot of your EI. Unlike IQ, which is generally fixed at a younger age, your emotional quotient (EQ) can be improved over time. This assessment will provide your EI scores, how composite results interact, their impact at work, and how understanding these results can give you strategies for an action plan to improve your EQ. Unlike other online tools, this assessment is a deep dive with valid and verifiable results that can be compared to statistical norms, based on peer-reviewed theories of emotional intelligence.

The EQ-i Workplace Assessment Report will compare your results to an aggregate group of professionals to give you a range of scores over 15 sub-metrics based on the EI model.

The ICS Inventory® is an assessment that addresses how we deal with and overcome misunderstanding, misperception, and hostility. How we communicate frustrations in conflict can help diffuse or escalate a situation, causing short-term or, in severe cases, long-term relational damage.

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is a tool that helps evaluate presumptions we may have about ourselves and about others. It provides a personalized development plan to help us improve our interpersonal effectiveness and achieve our goals. It uses the Intercultural Development Continuum to evaluate where on the spectrum you are and where on the spectrum you aspire to be.
