Lifetime Achievement Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award formally recognizes Fellows of the Chartered Professional Accountants who have continued to render exceptional services to the profession or whose achievements in their careers or in the community have earned them distinction and brought honour to the profession.

Criteria

• A chartered professional accountant who is a member in good standing.
• Have attained at least 60 years of age and have been an FCPA (FCA, FCGA, OR FCMA) for at least 10 years.
• Any FCPA of Alberta who has rendered meritorious service to the profession on a continual basis throughout his or her lifetime, or whose career and achievements in the community have brought honour to the profession, far exceeding that level normally expected of a CPA.
• LAAs are not granted posthumously.
• LAAs are not open to nomination from the membership.
