Steve Glover FCPA, FCA
In addition to his duties leading the former Institute of Chatered Accountants of Alberta for more than two decades, Steve Glover FCPA, FCA was integral to establishing and building the CPA Education Foundation of Alberta. He recognized a need for a foundation to support accounting education and the advancement of the accounting profession in the province.
Through Steve’s dedication and actions, what began as a vision quickly transformed into a reality. Serving as the Executive Secretary of the Foundation from 1982 until 2006, Steve was very much the driving force behind the success of the Foundation. From operations, to fund development, strategic planning to forging new relationships with post-secondary institutions, Steve was involved in every aspect of making the Foundation a trusted source for CPAs and other donors to impact and influence the professional accounting landscape in Alberta.
