A pivotal journey to a new beginning
July 1, 2015 marked a monumental day in the Alberta accounting profession’s history–the first business day of the CPA profession in Alberta, comprised of more than 27,000 members.
Since May 2011, the three former accounting designations in Canada (Certified Management Accountants, Certified General Accountants, and Chartered Accountants) worked toward uniting the Canadian accounting profession.
